Sarah Fuchs founded Alchemy Nourishment Co. after 17 years immersed in nutrition, fitness, and behavior change.

Before ANCo, Sarah served nearly 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, resilience, and personal responsibility became part of how she lives and leads.

In her mid-30s, Sarah was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That diagnosis did not change the mission. It sharpened it.

ANCo was built for women who do not want more noise. They want clarity, structure, and a way to protect the life they are building.

Sarah holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is pursuing doctoral studies in Psychology with a focus in Behavioral Health Leadership. Her work blends education, behavior change, lived experience, and practical health strategy for women 40+.
